Pre-election of students for participation in 2018 René Cassin European Human Rights Moot Court Competition

Council of Europe Information point in Minsk together with the Faculty of Law and Faculty of International Relations BSU announces pre-election of students for participation in 2018 René Cassin European Human Rights Moot Court Competition.

BSU students with specialization in international law, international relations, jurisprudence and politology with sufficient level of French are invited to participate. For more information regarding the pre-election procedure please visit the Russian version of the announcement.

Background information: René Cassin European Human Rights Moot Court Competition is one of the largest European contests in public international law. It is, in its essence, a simulation of the court proceedings based on the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms of 1950 and conducted in French. The competition is aimed at developing students’ professional qualities, mastering the knowledge of legal French, enhancing participants’ public speaking and discussion skills.
