Lecture about the Council of Europe at Belarusian State University

On September 20, 2019, a lecture by Mikhail Lobov, Head of Human Rights Policy and Co-operation Department of the Council of Europe,

on the topic “70th anniversary of the Council of Europe: results and prospects” was organized for students of the Faculty of International Relations of BSU.

During the lecture, the main achievements in relation to standards in the field of human rights, the rule of law and democracy, and successful cooperation between the Council of Europe and the Republic of Belarus were highlighted.
